Report an Issue/Feedback

We are here to make your trading experience smooth, reliable, and fast. But if something doesn’t work as expected whether it’s a broker connection issue, delayed data, or anything else we are just a message away.

Here’s how you can raise a complaint or report an issue on Stolo.

When Should You Report an Issue?

You can reach out to us if:

  • Your broker connection fails or repeatedly expires
  • Orders are not reflecting in the Positions dashboard
  • You see incorrect P&L, OI, or Greeks data
  • There’s a bug or crash in any feature or terminal
  • You’ve been charged incorrectly
  • You have a concern or feedback about how something works

How to Report an Issue?

We are always listening. If you have an issue/ feedback to be reported, you can simply email us at support@stolo.in

Please include your:

  • Registered email ID
  • Your contact number
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Screenshot of issue reference, if applicable

Response Time

We aim to:

  • Respond within 2–4 business hours
  • Resolve high-priority issues within the same trading day
  • Keep you updated throughout the resolution process.
