Troubleshooting Broker Connectivity
While we try our best to ensure there will be no glitches in your trading journey, there may be times when you could experience some trouble when connecting your broker. You are advised to do one of the following to troubleshoot it.

Check if your token in Expired (most brokers require re-login every 24 hours)

Broker downtime or maintenance

Incorrect login credentials during initial setup
If this happens, don’t worry:
Simply go to Settings → Broker → Reconnect and follow the 2-step re-authentication. You’ll be back live in seconds.
